1. The machine is applied fill eye-drop for circular plastic bottle and glass bottles which made by various material from 2-30ml ,stoppering and capping .
2. Bottle is positioned and put cap and stopper high accuracy indexing mechanism with a dividing.
3. Cosine acceleration cam drive makes screw-capping stations up and down.
4. Constant torque screw –capping stations are adopted by this machine; creep pump or ceramic pumps be used for filling process.
5.The eye-drop filling machine is control by touch screen and feature of stop filling if no bottles ,stop stoppering if no bottle and stop capping if no bottle
6. It has following advantage, accuracy positions, stable driving, and easy operation, etc.
